How to Perform Lion’s Breath:
Find a Comfortable Seat: Sit in a cross-legged position or on your knees with your hands resting on your thighs.
Inhale Deeply: Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
Exhale Strongly: Open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and exhale forcefully while making a “ha” sound from the back of your throat.
Engage Your Face & Hands: As you exhale, widen your eyes and spread your fingers for a full-body release.
Repeat: Perform 5–10 rounds, breathing naturally in between to reset.
Why It’s Effective:
Lion’s Breath reduces stress, relieves tension in the face and jaw, and encourages deeper breathing. It’s also great for boosting confidence and releasing pent-up emotions.
Pro Tip from Carolyn:
Don’t be shy—fully express yourself with each exhale!
Perform this exercise in the morning to awaken your energy or anytime you need a mental reset.
Relax your shoulders and keep your spine straight for better airflow.
